A note from Sensei Mac ~

" When I started training in the 70s, roughly 1 in 10,000 people practicing Karate or martial arts ever achieved the level of black belt. In 1976, I achieved the level of black belt and have since added additional stripes, reaching a 7th degree black belt. My life experiences include being a bouncer, bodyguard, and former professional fighter. These experiences allowed me to discover what works and what doesn't when defending yourself or stopping someone from attacking or bullying you. Over the years, I have developed a special set of skills to pass on to you or someone you love. I am proudly 'old school.' I strongly believe in good old-fashioned discipline, good grades, focus, and respect. That is the essential part of what I teach and work to ingrain in my students.  I welcome you to drop-in for a visit to witness or experience my commitment and dedication to the art. I'm confident we will work well together because our goals are most likely the same."

Protection at its best!
